Ingredients:

  • 6 cups water
  • 1 cup chia seeds

Prep time:  12 minutes

Directions:

  1. Mix the chia seeds and water in a small jar.
  2. Stir for 20 seconds.
  3. Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until gelatinous.
