  • 4 4-ounce boneless chicken breast, rinsed
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 3 tsp. powder garlic
  • 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • ½ tsp. parsley leaves
  • Dash of salt (optional)

  1. Place a medium sized skillet over medium heat.
  2. Now, sprinkle both sides of chicken with garlic powder.
  3. Then, coat skillet with canola oil or your cooking spray of choice.
  4. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden.
  5. Remove chicken from skillet and put aside.
  6. Add olive oil, wine, tomatoes, onion and parsley leaves to skillet and allow to boil for 4-5 minutes or until sauce like consistency.
  7. Remove sauce from heat and pour evenly over the chicken.
  8. Now, serve and enjoy!
