Ingredients:

6 cups water

1 cup dried hibiscus flowers

¼ cup sugar substitute (optional)

Directions:

In a medium sized saucepan, add water and bring to boiling point

Add hibiscus flowers, and let stand for 40 minutes

Strain water, and discard flowers

Add sugar substitute (optional)

Cooking Tip:

If you’re in the mood for a cold tea, simply allow tea to cool and add a few ice cubes.
